The latest LIC AAO (Generalist) notification is the 32nd batch, dated 16 August 2025 — 350 posts, eligibility as on 1 August 2025, a ₹700 fee and a prelims, mains, interview and medical selection. No new notification yet — 2025 (32nd batch) is the latest

LIC published the AAO (Generalist) 32nd batch notification on 16 August 2025, alongside a companion notification for AAO (Specialist) and Assistant Engineer posts. That cycle has run its full course: registration closed on 8 September 2025, the prelims were held on 3 October, the mains on 8 November, and the list of candidates found eligible after the medical exam came out on 14 May 2026. LIC’s careers page still lists only the 2025 recruitment, and no date has been announced for the next (33rd batch) notification.

350 AAO (Generalist) posts: UR 142, OBC 91, SC 51, ST 28 and EWS 38 — 341 current-year posts plus 9 backlog (ST 6, OBC 3). PwBD posts were LD 4, VI 4, HI 6 and ID/MD 6. LIC called the numbers provisional. The companion notification added 410 AAO (Specialist) and 81 Assistant Engineer posts.

₹700 plus transaction charges and GST for all candidates other than SC, ST and PwBD. SC/ST/PwBD candidates paid no fee; a corrigendum dated 5 September 2025 also waived their ₹85 + GST intimation charges and said the amount would be refunded. Payment was online only and non-refundable.
