RRB NTPC 2026 at a glance
RRB NTPC (Graduate) recruits degree holders for non-technical posts in Indian Railways through two computer-based tests followed by document verification and a medical test. You apply to one RRB only.

How the exam is scored
Both CBTs are objective, with questions in English, Hindi and 13 regional languages. CBT-1 only shortlists; merit for document verification comes from CBT-2 normalised marks. The typing skill test is dispensed with for CEN 06/2026.

The same topic list applies to both CBTs. RRB says the section split is indicative and questions follow the standard of the post's qualification.
What you actually take home
The notification gives the 7th CPC pay level and initial pay for each post; it does not publish gross or in-hand figures. Allowances are paid as per Railway rules.
