RRB Group D 2026 at a glance
RRB Group D is the Railway Recruitment Boards' recruitment for Level 1 posts (track maintainers, pointsmen and assistants in various departments) across Indian Railways. Selection is by a Computer Based Test, a qualifying Physical Efficiency Test, document verification and a medical examination.

How the exam is scored
One Computer Based Test decides who is called for PET. PET is qualifying; final merit is on CBT (normalised) marks. Section counts are indicative.

All posts under CEN 09/2025 are in Level 1 of the 7th CPC pay matrix; the notification states the initial pay. Allowances are as per Railway rules and are not listed in the notification.
