CEN 09/2025 — released
The Railway Recruitment Boards published the detailed CEN 09/2025, “Recruitment for Various Posts in Level 1 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix”, on 31 January 2026, after an indicative notice in Employment News on 27 December 2025. Applications have closed, the CBT was held from 3 to 25 August 2026, and the CBT result and PET shortlist are awaited, with no date announced.

Five corrigenda followed: No. 1 (7 Feb 2026) and No. 2 (16 Feb 2026) revised the Annexure-B vacancy tables, and No. 2 clarified there is no OD (PwBD) vacancy for Level 1; No. 3 (19 Feb 2026) revised the PwBD suitability of categories 12 and 14 in Annexure-A; No. 4 (2 Mar 2026) extended the application dates; No. 5 (30 Jul 2026) corrected the scribe annexure references.
