MBBS from a university or college approved by the National Medical Commission or a State Medical Council. You also need 5 years as a General Practitioner from the date of registration, or 3 years if you hold a post-graduate degree. Not for these posts. Registration and fee payment for the Law and Bank Medical Officer advertisements ran from 24.06.2026 to 14.07.2026, and the written test was held on 23.08.2026. SBI advertises each specialist post separately, so watch sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings.
It can. Both advertisements say candidates who have defaulted on loans or credit-card dues, and haven’t regularised them by the time the offer letter is issued, are not eligible for appointment.
