FAQ

Centre & admit card questions, answered

The RBI Grade B 2026 advertisement does not provide for a separate city-intimation slip. The exam timetable and venue are on the admit card, which you download from RBI’s website.
No. Requests to change the centre, date, shift or venue are not entertained, and the Board may allot a centre other than your choices. Exam centre was one of the fields you could correct in the edit window of 25–26 May 2026 (fee ₹200 incl. GST) — that window is closed.
Four for Phase I and four for Phase II, from any state or UT on the lists. The two sets could be different. The Board still has the final say on allotment.
PAN card, passport, driving licence, voter’s card, bank passbook with photograph, photo ID from a Gazetted Officer or People’s Representative on official letterhead, a recent college/university ID, Aadhaar or e-Aadhaar with photograph, employee ID or Bar Council ID — in original, with a photocopy for each shift. Ration cards and learner’s licences are not accepted.
At a centre the Board decides. The date, time and venue come in the interview call letter, e-mailed to shortlisted candidates from noreply.samadhan@rbi.org.in. RBI has not published interview dates for 2026.
