New applications and corrections are no longer possible. If you applied, keep the printout of your application form and e-receipt along with your registration number and password — you need them to download the prelims call letter from ibps.in, and the application printout is among the documents checked at document verification/joining if you are allotted. Keep your registered email ID active, since IBPS may send call-letter intimations to it.
