IBPS RRB Clerk Admit Card 2026 · call letter

IBPS calls the admit card a call letter, and you download it from ibps.in with your registration number and password or date of birth. Office Assistant candidates get one call letter for the prelims and another for the Mains — there is no interview. Here’s when each is due, how to download it and what to carry.

No. IBPS doesn’t send hard copies of call letters or the Information Handout by post or courier. Intimations come by email and/or SMS to the contact details you registered, so check ibps.in regularly as well.
No. IBPS doesn’t accept requests to change the exam date, time, venue or centre. Office Assistant applicants had to pick exam centres in the state or UT they applied for, but IBPS can still allot a different centre, even one outside that state or UT (clause H).
No. For Office Assistants, the prelims call letter and your ID copy are stamped by the centre staff and returned to you. Keep them safe: you must bring both to the Mains along with the Mains call letter. A scribe form, if you use one, is collected at the prelims.

Accepted IDs include a PAN card, passport, permanent driving licence, voter card, bank passbook with photo, Aadhaar / e-Aadhaar with photo, college or university ID, employee ID, Bar Council ID, or an ID from a gazetted officer or people’s representative on official letterhead.
