Final answer keys — window closed
The CBE was held from 18 December 2025 to 6 January 2026. SSC put up the tentative keys with response sheets on 13 January 2026 and took challenges until 6 PM on 16 January 2026. After reviewing them, SSC used the final keys to process the CBE result of 19 June 2026, then uploaded the final keys, question papers cum response sheets and marks from 7 July (6 PM) to 21 July 2026 (6 PM).
SSC’s notice says the final keys, question papers and scorecards would not be available after that time, and individual requests for them will not be entertained. The next stage is the PE&MT/DV by Delhi Police for shortlisted candidates.

These steps applied during the two windows. Both have now closed.

ssc.gov.in. - Open the login linkEach notice linked to a candidate login page.
- Log inWith your Registration No. and password for the tentative key, or your Roll No. and password for the final key.
- View key & response sheetYour answers appeared next to the key for every question of your shift.
- Save it for yourselfThe saved question paper is for personal use and self-analysis only — you agreed to this in an undertaking on the portal.
The response sheet
The question paper cum response sheet records your attempt question by question. SSC’s notices point out a few things about it:
How challenges worked
If you thought a tentative key was wrong, you could challenge it online during the window. SSC scrutinized the representations before finalizing the keys, and its decision is final.
- Log in to the challenge moduleUsing your Registration No. and password during the window.
- Find the questionThe module showed questions and options in the same order for everyone in a shift, which could differ from what you saw in the exam. Your selected answers were reflected accurately.
- Pay the fee₹50 per question or answer challenged, non-refundable.
- Submit before the deadline6 PM on 16 January 2026. Late challenges, or challenges sent by letter, email or any other mode, were not accepted.
SSC’s result notice of 19 June 2026 says the representations were carefully examined and the keys modified wherever necessary; the final keys were then used to process the CBE result.
Calculate your score from the key
Match your response sheet against the key and apply the marking scheme: 100 questions of 1 mark each, with 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
Score = (Correct × 1) − (Wrong × 0.25)
Count your correct and wrong answers and plug them in. Unattempted questions score zero.
This is a raw score. SSC normalizes scores across shifts, and the cut-offs are in normalized marks — for example, Male (Open) UR closed at 70.05181. NCC/RRU bonus marks are not part of the CBE cut-off; they are added only in the final result for candidates who produce the documents at PE&MT/DV.
