What the advertisement says about the job

The advertisement doesn’t list day-to-day duties for an Assistant, and we don’t guess them. Here’s what it does say about the post — tap one to expand.

The Panel Year 2025 recruitment filled 650 Assistant posts across 17 recruiting offices of the Reserve Bank of India, from Ahmedabad to Thiruvananthapuram. Mumbai had the most posts (249).
Along with a bachelor’s degree, the minimum qualification includes knowledge of word processing on a PC, and the mains has a separate Test of Computer Knowledge.
You must be able to read, write, speak and understand the language of the state (or one of the states) under the office you apply to. The Language Proficiency Test checks this after the mains, and a candidate found not proficient is disqualified.
