SBI Clerk Admit Card 2026 · call letter

SBI calls its admit card a call letter. You download it from SBI’s careers website with your registration number and password or date of birth. There are two in this recruitment: one for the prelims, which comes with an “Acquaint Yourself” booklet, and one for the Mains. When SBI opens the download for your exam, here’s what to do.

  1. Open SBI’s careers pageGo to sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings. SBI asks candidates to check this page regularly for details and updates.
  2. Find the Junior Associates 2026 linkOpen the call letter link for your exam: the prelims or the Mains.
  3. Log inEnter your Registration No. and Password / Date of Birth.
  4. Download the booklet tooThe prelims call letter comes with an “Acquaint Yourself” booklet, which has the exam instructions and sample questions.
  5. Using a scribe?Eligible candidates who applied for a scribe fill in the online scribe declaration form from the link in the exam intimation email, then download it and bring a printout.
  6. Check every detailNote your roll number, exam date, reporting time and venue.
  7. Print & paste your photoPrint the call letter and firmly paste the same photograph you uploaded in your application.

⚠ Without your photo pasted on the call letter, the two additional photographs, or your original photo ID and its photocopy, you won’t be allowed to take the exam. The prelims call letter isn’t collected at the venue but is stamped there — keep it safely with the stamped ID copy for the Mains. SBI advises keeping at least 8 copies of your uploaded photo for later stages. At the venue you’re registered by photo capture, matched with your uploaded photo, and SBI may capture your thumb impression or iris for biometric verification, so don’t apply mehandi, ink or chemicals on your hands. No travelling allowance is paid.

Para 13(d) of the advertisement and the booklet list these items. Breaking the rule can lead to cancellation of your candidature and disciplinary action, including a ban from future exams. SBI can’t assure safekeeping for anything you bring.

You’re still considered only for the vacancies of the state/UT you applied for, and the local language test, where it applies, is held at a centre in that state at your own expense.
