Exam call letters — done; Phase III next
The Prelims (1–2 Aug 2026) and Mains (12 Sep 2026) call letters were the ones that carried your exam venue. The next call letter is for Phase III — psychometric test, group exercise and interview — tentatively in Oct/Nov 2026, after the Mains result.
Download every call letter, with its “Acquaint Yourself Booklet”, from SBI’s careers page with your registration number and password / date of birth. SBI does not send hard copies by post; keep the email ID and mobile number in your application active.
How exam centres are allotted
Annexure I lists Prelims (and Pre-Exam Training) centres and a shorter list of Mains centres for each state and UT — Uttar Pradesh, for example, has 15 Prelims centres but 8 Mains centres. SBI can cancel or add centres. You travel to the centre at your own risk and expense; no travelling allowance is paid for the online exams.

- Scribe declaration (if opted)Fill in the online scribe declaration form through the link in your exam intimation email, then download and print it.
- Download the Acquaint Yourself BookletIt comes with the call letter and lists the documents and rules for the day.
- Print and paste your photoUse the same photograph you uploaded — SBI advises keeping about 8 copies of it for later stages.
What to carry: Prelims vs Mains
The documents differ by stage — and the Prelims call letter is needed again at Mains:

The advertisement accepts passport, Aadhaar, PAN card, driving licence, voter ID, bank passbook with attested photograph, a school or college identity card, or a Gazetted Officer’s letter on official letterhead — in original, with a self-attested photocopy. Signatures in capital letters are not accepted. At Mains, both call letters and the ID photocopy are handed in at the end.
