SSC CPO में Physical Test का महत्व
SSC CPO (Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs) एक uniformed defence-oriented job है, इसलिए उम्मीदवार का physically fit होना बेहद ज़रूरी माना जाता है।
Physical Test दो चरणों में होता है:
PST – Physical Standard Test
PET – Physical Endurance Test
अगर कोई उम्मीदवार PST/PET में qualify नहीं करता, तो वह आगे चयन प्रक्रिया में हिस्सा नहीं ले सकता।

PST vs PET – अंतर क्या है?
✔ PST – Physical Standard Test
यह उम्मीदवार की Height, Chest, Weight मापने के लिए होता है।
✔ PET – Physical Endurance Test
यह उम्मीदवार की Running, Long Jump, High Jump जैसी शारीरिक क्षमताओं की परीक्षा है।

SSC CPO Physical Endurance Test (PET)
PET में उम्मीदवार की तेजी, stamina और body strength को test किया जाता है।
1. Running Test – सबसे महत्वपूर्ण
Male Candidates
100 Meter Run: 16 seconds
1600 Meter Run: 6 minutes 30 seconds
Female Candidates
100 Meter Run: 18 seconds
800 Meter Run: 4 minutes
यह running test selection का सबसे challenging part माना जाता है।
2. Long Jump Requirements

Physical test पास करने के बाद medical test होता है।
