English में 8 Parts of Speech होते हैं:

TENSES RULES (बहुत महत्वपूर्ण)

1️⃣ Present Tense

He plays cricket.
They play cricket.

👉 Third person singular में verb के साथ s/es लगता है।

2️⃣ Past Tense

She went to school.
They did not come yesterday.

👉 Did के साथ verb का पहला form आता है।

3️⃣ Future Tense

He will go tomorrow.
We shall not attend the meeting.

SUBJECT–VERB AGREEMENT RULES

Rule 1:

Singular subject → singular verb
Plural subject → plural verb

The boy is intelligent.
The boys are intelligent.

Rule 2:

Each, Every, Everyone → singular verb

Each of the students is present.

Rule 3:

Along with, as well as, together with → subject नहीं बदलते

The teacher, along with students, is coming.

Active:

She wrote a letter.

Passive:

A letter was written by her.

DIRECT–INDIRECT SPEECH

Direct:

He said, “I am tired.”

Indirect:

He said that he was tired.

👉 Reporting verb past में हो तो tense change होता है।
